Issues/Problems of Specialisation
Dr Warner is trained in multiple models of evidence-based psychological therapy and is skilled in tailoring psychological therapy to each individual’s unique need, to offer bespoke treatment. She has expertise in delivering several specialist approaches, including Cognitive-Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Schema Therapy (ST), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

She understands that undertaking psychological therapy can feel very daunting and can be a very personal process, therefore, a key feature of her work is to develop a trusting therapeutic relationship so that therapy feels a safe place where individuals can explore their concerns and feel understood without judgement.
