Anxiety
Depression

Problems with sex and sexuality
Tatiana aims to make psychotherapy a positive and empowering experience, helping people find new ways of dealing with difficult feelings and situations, as well as new sources of joy and confidence.
Tatiana is interested in all aspects of behavioural change. She has thought deeply about the reasons why we all cling to habits and attitudes we know are bad for us. She combines latest findings of the neuroscience with practical techniques to help clients make a new way of thinking or acting part of their natural behaviour.
Additionally, Tatiana specialises in working with cross-cultural issues, such as with mixed couples from different ethnic backgrounds, employees keen to progress in a multinational corporation, or tensions caused by relocation from another country.
Business and career issues are a further key part of Tatiana’s therapy work. She has worked as a consultant and coach with a wide range of companies, including major investment banks and technology firms. She is happy to use coaching techniques in a therapy session to help clients think through a work-related problem or prepare for a job interview.
Tatiana currently offers online sessions, and face to face sessions from Mayfair and the City.
